Gil Makov

Until 2005 Gil headed Gil Makov and Co., a law firm specialized in the fields of corporate, banking, commercial, real estate and technology.

As the Chairman of OBV, he is actively involved in structuring financing transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Gil earned his LL.B degree in 1965 from the Hebrew University.

Dan Makov

Dan is a veteran lawyer specialized in the fields of corporate, banking and international commercial law. Dan’s track record holds a substantial volume of M&As,  joint ventures, real estate and financing transactions.

Dan earned his LL.B degree from the University of Buckingham, UK in 1991 cum-laude.

Dan also holds an LL.M degree specialized in international banking and finance from the  Boston University School of Law (1992), and acts as a visiting attorney with Hogan & Hartson LL.P, Washington DC.

Ariel Makov

Ariel specialized as a lawyer in the fields of corporate, commercial and technology transactions. Ariel previously acted as an adviser to the Constitution, Law & Justice Committee of the Israeli Parliament, the “Knesset” (2003-2004).

Ariel earned his LL.B degree from the University of Reading, UK in 1995, cum-laude. 

Ariel also holds an LL.M degree specialized in commercial and corporate law from the New York University School of Law (1996), and acts as a visiting attorney with Hogan & Hartson LL.P, Washington DC. Ariel was admitted as a solicitor to the UK Law Society in 2005.
